NEW Hobbit Character Posters

Empire Magazine has released more content from the Hobbit collector edition, which includes 17 new character posters!

Readers of the current issue of Empire will have been greeted with 63 pages of hobbity goodness, as well as one of five 3D lenticular covers. Hitting the web now are some of the special pieces of Hobbit artwork from the issue, forming the basis of 17 – count ’em, 17 – character posters, from Balin all the way to Thorin. – Empire

Not only will the issue offer detailed analysis of each character, but they will also have other “non-Hobbit” related material. The featured characters include Thorin, Ori, Oin, Nori, Fili, Gollum, Gloin, Gandalf, Galadriel, Fili, Dwalin, Dori, Bombur, Bofur, Bilbo, Bifur, and Balin.

The Hobbit will consist of three epic fantasy-adventure films directed, co-written and produced by Peter Jackson and based on J. R. R. Tolkien’s fantasy novel of the same name. The films are, by subtitle, An Unexpected Journey (2012), The Desolation of Smaug (2013) and There and Back Again (2014).
