BBC's "Atlantis" Coming This Fall

Although Merlin may be over, BBC isn’t giving up on the historical fantasy just yet. The new series Atlantis will follow Greek hero Jason’s adventures on the titular island, “a world of bull leaping, of snake-haired goddesses and of palaces so vast it was said they were built by giants”. The show will premiere sometime in late 2013 and run for thirteen episodes.

Recognize any of the faces? You should. Jack Donnelly (from Nickelodeon’s House of Anubis) is Jason, Mark Addy (Robert Baratheon from Game of Thrones) plays Hercules, and Robert Emms (from War Horse, Kick Ass 2, Anonymous, and Mirror Mirror) is Pythagoras.
