In the spirit of such films and television as the Back to the Future trilogy, The Time Machine, Quantum Leap and more, comes the SciFi book, The Man That Time Forgot.

From the Official Press Release:
The Man That Time Forgot is sci-fi comedy adventure novel written by Alan Mechem and Paul Mitchell.
The novel is about Andrew Adams, who travels through time every time he falls asleep. Andrew has no control over where he ends up each time and has no idea why this happens to him, nor does he know for how long he’s been able to do it. Contrary to how one would expect the gift to be used he’s no interest in taking advantage of it. In fact, he’s become quite depressed by it all… that is until he learns that perhaps he’s not as alone as he thought. Maybe he can at last start finding answers. Maybe he’ll learn who he really is. But he’ll need to be quick about it because there’s someone out there tracking his every movement. He knows exactly who Andrew Adams is and he’s determined to stop him at all costs.
“Andrew Adams is an ordinary man living his life in the all too abundant and mundane spaces between those great moments. Just like all ordinary men he spends much of his life wondering what the point of it all is, struggling to form meaningful relationships or find his place in society. Andrew’s life follows a daily routine much like that of many others: he wakes up, does the minimum required to get himself through the day – careful not to learn too much or create a lasting impression on anyone – and then goes back to bed.
There’s only one, ever-so-minor inconvenience that continually stands in the way of Andrew’s ignorantly blissful life… Time-travel.
Since before he can remember every time Andrew sleeps he’s randomly flung through time and space, never knowing where or when he’ll wake up. The only thing he can be certain of is that the location he arrives at won’t be anywhere exciting.
He’s a cursed man who had no idea why this happens to him, clueless to how it all started or how it can be stopped. Rarely does he find a place to fit in and, on those rare occasions that he does, he can only stay there until he loses his fight against sleep.
Andrew Adams has all but given up hope and given up on life. That is until he meets someone else like him who sets in motion a chain of events that will lead him on a journey of discovery and answers to questions that perhaps even he didn’t want to know. With the help of a mysterious and tenacious woman, an old drunken priest and a seven-foot, psychopathic assassin Andrews life is about to be given a purpose. Finally he might start to view his abilities as a gift instead of a curse and perhaps learn that there’s always something to be thankful for. Whether he wants to or not.”
To create the cover for their SciFi adventure, Mechem and Mitchell enlisted the help of artist, Ray Dillon. Ray Dillon is an Artist and Writer with clients that include DC, Marvel, Image, Lionsgate, and more.
“I loved the title right off the bat and felt like I already knew the feeling that would be needed for the cover. It grabbed my attention so if I could nail the cover I knew it’d grab other people’s too. Then after talking a bit with Alan and Paul about their vision and reading the novel I was hooked! It’s a great read!
It’s definitely the most complex and story-driven composition I’ve done on a cover. This encompasses the whole story. I wanted it to instantly sell the concept with bold imagery, lighting, color, while giving little details to intrigue. Alan and Paul supplied some great key scenes to include. From there it was just trying to capture the characters in the right way to pull readers in. I feel like it flowed out pretty naturally and is one of my best pieces to date. I’m proud of the whole thing. Especially that armored Rhino, which is just plain awesome.” – cover artist Ray Dillon.
