Dubbed “The Lost Missions”, the bonus episodes of The Clone Wars now have an official release date: March 7, 2014! That’s the good news. The no-so-great news: they’ll only be available to Netflix customers. So it looks like, as of right now at least, only those with streaming capabilities will be able to watch the long-awaited episodes. Hopefully Disney will look into a special DVD release in the near future (they’d be throwing away a great profit opportunity if they didn’t). After all, the Netflix original series House of Cards wasn’t satisfied without a DVD release, so why not these last thirteen episodes of The Clone Wars?
And German fans, don’t forget: Super RTL will begin airing the Lost Missions February 15! For the rest of us, Tumblr will in all likelihood explode with gifsets from the episodes within hours of airing, so there’s that to look forward to.
