Fan films have quickly become as respected an artform as any studio production in recent years. Halo 4: Forward Unto Dawn, Punisher: Dirty Laundry, and even CollegeHumor’s Dora the Explorer videos are better than a lot of the stuff Hollywood puts out during non-awards season (or even during the summer when all the blockbusters get released)
