Doctor Who's Karen Gillan in New Series!

Whovians rejoice!  Karen Gillan, who played The Doctor’s former companion Amelia Pond, recently received word that her show Selfie will be picked up by ABC. The show is based upon My Fair Lady, where Gillan’s character Eliza Dooley experiences a recent horrific breakup which becomes a viral video. Dooley then recruits some help to recover her “tarnished image”.

Starring alongside Gillan will be John Cho (of Star Trek fame) and Homeland‘s David Harewood.
