Well Once Upon a Time has certainly had a chilly season four so far with Elsa arriving in Storybrooke and the Snow Queen trying to destroy the town for her own purposes. Even though the story arch with the kingdom of Arendelle is almost over a hurricane is heading straight for Storybrooke with the arrival of not one, not two, but three villains.

It was announced a while ago that Kristin Bauer von Straten would reprise her role as Maleficent, the evil fairy who is well known for cursing Aurora as a baby. We haven’t seen much of Maleficent on the show, but the show will probably dive into her story this season. If you’ve seen the first season you’ll remember what happened to her, and it is probably safe to assume she’s going to have a personal vendetta against many of Storybrooke’s inhabitants, including Emma and Regina. However she’s not the only wicked thing coming their way.

It was announced not too long ago that Cruella de Vil would be coming onto the show as well. Portrayed by Victoria Smurfit, we don’t know how the high class villainess will play into the story, but it’s probably going to go beyond the story we know of trying to turn Dalmatian puppies into a fur coat. Pongo has already appeared on the show as Dr. Hopper’s pet, so we might see more of them down the road. Now here comes a really big surprise for Disney fans as to who else is coming, and she will more than likely make a splash.

That’s right! Ariel’s nemesis, Ursula from The Little Mermaid, is coming for our characters. She appeared briefly as a statue of a sea goddess worshipped by Eric’s kingdom as well as the mermaids. If you remember from the third season she didn’t take too kindly to Regina impersonating her in the past. That’s probably coming back to haunt the Evil Queen. Merrin Dungey will be taking over the role from Yvette Nicole Brown, the person behind the sea witch’s voice in the third season.

What could this spell for everyone in Storybrooke? Will Regina be strong enough to protect her true love Robin Hood and her son Henry? How is Maleficent able to come back after her defeat? Will Emma and her family handle dealing with three villains at the same time? We’ll find out when Once Upon a Time resumes.
