Grimm- Season 6, Episode 2- Trust Me Knot

Hank and Wu find a way to buy Nick time to flee. They arrest Renard for Rachel Wood’s murder.  What will the payback against them be for arresting him? Nick, Eve, Trubel, and Bud make their way to the tunnels via an entrance that Monroe and Rosalee found. Nick makes Monroe and Rosalee go back to the spice shop so they don’t get into trouble with Renard for helping him. Renard calls Adalind to come to the station and bail him out. This puts her right in the middle of everything.

Monroe and Rosalee agree to babysit Kelly and Diana while Adalind goes to the station to try to get Renard released. They find out Diana is more powerful than they thought. Diana is able to see the letters and symbols on the cloth, and then she draws them for everyone to see. Rosalee does not have any luck researching them.

Adalind refuses to lie for Renard about where he was the night of Rachel’s murder because it was the same night that he killed Bonaparte. Nick and Renard make a deal that if Adalind testifies he will drop the charges against Nick and reinstate him to the force. Renard made sure he would not have to make good on the deal by having a plan in place before the deal was made. The judge gets the grand jury hearing moved up and throws the case out. Adalind did not testify which made the deal between he and Nick void.

Nick is still on the run and Hank and Wu have to resign from the force. Trubel leaves Portland because of a phone call she received. She tries to get Nick to go with her. He refuses. Adalind is livid about having to move back in with Renard. She agrees to at Nick’s request because he does not want Renard coming after her as well.
